I had so bad experience during visiting this doctor that I couldn't imagine that in USA can exist so staff as I sow in DR Yliya Bilik office - no respect to patient, total ignore, if you need to make appointment by phone be ready to call minimum 3 times and after they will hold the line for 7-10 min, no excuse, no explanation, brrrrrr I am so stressful after this office... . I will never recommend visit this office to nobody NEVER. Because of mistakes of staff I lost my appointment for MRI .And finally doctor did not treat me I stay with my problem , talking by phone with him and trying to ask about my problem he sad - "I have another call to my phone. Buy" Never called me back. I like not put none star in rating for this office of Bilik.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.
