Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My visit was never rushed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
