Dr. Rackoff is extremely knowledgeable. She listens to what I say, and when I describe my personal needs to get through the day. She has referred me to several other physicians, at my request, and I have always been totally satisfied by her judgement. She is a top-rated physician and with good reason.
The office is a large major hospital rheumatology waiting room set-up. You wait along with many other patients who are seeing other doctors. It can get crowded, but I am an adult and have long gotten over not getting instant gratification. A little patience on your part, and you will be rewarded by seeing a top specialist.
