I don't know the circumstances that "Anonymous" experienced, but I've been seeing Dr. Robb regularly since 1983, and never has he been rude or unaccommodating. I live across town from his office, and drive 15 miles for my appointments. If ever I felt disrespected, there are plenty of doctors in my town. Perhaps the good doctor told anonymous the truth, and he/she didn't like it...

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
