They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
