Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be but they were respectful and kind. You have to be proactive to see how much longer the wait will take. The doctor was great and very nice. Only downfall was the wait to see her.
