I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
