It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.
