I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
