They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.
