They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
