The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always return my phone calls right away. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr Simon is very caring and goes out of his way to care and treat for his patients. Loved how he showed up to my aunts wake w flowers. The secratary also came. Our family was so touched by that.
