It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
