Dr. Stern and his staff were attentive to me, my health, my needs, and my concerns. There was never any pressure to elect to have unnecessary procedures, and every effort was made to coordinate with the care I receive from other doctors. Dr. Stern's manner is very relaxing and reassuring.
Directions to the office were clear and easy to follow, and the office is comfortable. Staff response is immediate and professional.
