As a leading physician and surgeon, Dr. Flanigen has been practicing ophthalmology for over 20 years. Dr. Flanigen completed her ophthalmology residency at the highly ranked Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. As a board certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Flanigen specializes in the medical and surgical conditions of the eye. Dr. Flanigen regularly sees patients that require cataract surgery or have a family history of corneal disease, diabetes or glaucoma that are followed on a regular basis. Many other patients are treated for dry eye disease, urgent care, second opinions or for their yearly eye exam. Flanigen Eye Care is 100% (EHR) electronic health records efficient. We are equiped with the newest, most up to date ophthalmology equipment that was available when her solo practice was opened on March 17, 2008. The Flanigen Eye Care staff are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Flanigen Eye Care is dedicated to providing all patients with the highest quality of eye care possible.Our goal is to treat all of our patients like they are family.
