One thing that's been so annoying about Doctor Raymond Wong is that he showed up 2 and 1/2 hours late for my scheduled eye surgery. He did not bother to call in nor provide an explanation afterward, he just made me wait and wait at the hospital for almost 6 hours! (no food or drink for the whole day)

When he finally showed up, it was probably dinner time or something for the Anesthetic Doctor, because he was no where to be seen, he must have been gone for the day! no one was around to administer anesthetic for me. (Although Doctor Wong claimed afterward that I did indeed given "maximum allowable" doze of Anesthetic) It was just unbelievable!!! I am convinced I was given only a couple eye-droplets of local "anesthetic" and a large doze of Morphine, which naturally did not work until about an hour after the surgical procedure began. As you can imagine, getting your eye cut up and having some surgical tools shoveled into the bottom of your eyeball is painful enough but all of these were done while the patient received NO anesthetic ? It was just unbelievable!!! and totally UNACCEPTABLE. Where in the world are the people who oversee him ?

The pain was more than excruciating! It was humanly unbearable. It lasted for more than ONE hour and Doctor Wong just completely ignored my crying plead. His hands just kept on working non-stop while I screamed like an animal being slaughtered. BTW, both my arms and legs were tightly bounded throughout the procedure.

If I had any inkling before hand that I would be subjected to those kind of torturing under Doctor Raymond Wong, in a million year, I would NEVER have visited him.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
