Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. However, After I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room at all. The staff was not very personable and somewhat rude.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I didn't have any trouble getting an appointment with them. They were willing to work with my schedule, and made sure they got me in right away. I'm always impressed by how much they go out of their way to make me feel respected and important. I've never seen any specialist treat their patients with more respect. Not only did they know about all kinds of medical advancements, they knew about all the latest medical advancements that had just happened recently. It was obvious that they cared about continuing their education.
