They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
