I have now been there several times and will be going elsewhere. Having to wait 45 minutes to 90 minutes for a scheduled APPOINTMENT is frustrating. Getting a return phone call from the nurse to refill prescriptions is equally frustrating. You get the impression that they serve all of Wilson and are clearly short staffed every time you go. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The nurses and Dr. Hanson harassed me about my weight, going as far as to actually call me fat and tell my husband to stop feeding me. The nurses added their unwelcome opinions ("you can't do that", "oh no you didn't!") when I stepped on the scale at my prenatal appointments.
