They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
