An excellent doctor with many years of experence. His ability to dianose and treat my serious optical conditios were always on target and delivered optimum effect. He was alway good and kind and went the extra mile to insure my treatments were performing as intended. There was a time I was uninsured and could not pay much, I was kindly treated without reguard to this situration. Sadly he is retired now, Dr. Baltimore is a great doctor that kept the traditions of home town doctors alive, he truly care for his patients, and I think he may not have been found of goverment restrants that limited the Doctor Patient relationship.
