They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They diagnosed my condition very quickly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. The surgery for my sinuses helped for a while and then sinusitis came back. The deviated septum was better though. I have much better ability to breath through my nose. I use neti pot and worked on building up my gut with probiotics which had been destroyed by years of anti biotics. Much better now.
