I was referred to this doctor by another physician some years ago. I explained my symptoms to her and left in tears. She was the most arrogant person I have ever met. She disregarded my symptoms completely. Years later, I was diagnosed by a physician and then specialists with a medical condition that there is treatment for and it has changed my life! I am so very grateful. However, this doctor's callous nature could be defined as gross malfeasance in my opinion. If she had taken the time to listen to me she could have saved me from years of suffering. I wouldn't go back to this doctor for a for a throat culture!
