Dr. Tranen was my Mothers Doc and has been mine for years. She AND HER STAFF are the most caring people I have ever met. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had had to see several specialists over the years and each time it was a good thing she sent me to them! She helped us keep our Mother for several more years due to her diligence when it came to having tests done, (she had cancer). My Mom was with us four years more than expected. Thanks to her. She is wonderful, and so is her staff!

I got into a car accident on 2/1, I thought my pain would go away but on 2/5 I made an appointment to go see Beth. I told them at the time of the apt that I was in an accident to which they were very prompt to set me up with an apt. I went in on 2/6 and was told them at the front desk that it was from a car accident, they never mentioned anything about billing. I went back into the room and the nurse asked me if I had been told about billing, when I said no she began to explain that they do not deal with my claim and it has to be submitted to my health insurance if I intend to have the visit noted on my claim. I asked her if that meant I would have to pay for it out of pocket and she went to check with someone else and left the door open a crack. That is when I heard someone say "this is bull sh*t, she just doesn't want to understand, she is just playing dumb, she understands just wants to take advantage of the situation, tell her to go somewhere else, I'm not dealing with this. Is she f*cking dumb?" I went out into the hall to see who it was and it was Beth Tranen, my doctor. I called her out on it and said that was the most rude thing anyone has ever said and extremely disrespectful, she is a professional and should treat her patients in a professional manor. I went into the room and the nurse came in apologizing saying how sorry she was and i got my things together and went to get a refund for my copay. I am extremely upset that a doctor could be so rude and so uncaring. I will not return to the doctors office and plan to file the appropriate complaints against the office.
