I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
