THIS IS A DR THAT CARED FOR MY FAMILY MYSELF,MY WIFE,MY THREE DAUGHTERS AS THEY WERE GROWING UP. HE EVEN CARED FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW AND MY WIFE'S SISTERS FAMILY AS WELL.

WE MOVED AWAY 20 SOME YEARS AGO AND YET WE STILL HAVE VERY FOND MEMORIES OF DR OLIVERIO AND HIS HOME TOWN FAMILY PRACTICE OFFICE AND STAFF.

IF WE STILL WERE IN OHIO WE WOULD ALL STILL CONTINUE TO TRUST DR OLIVERIO WITH OUR HEALTH.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
