They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. After seeing a new pulmonologist I feel he could have been more in depth however he does know his work.
