It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I am always looking for the best in the field to recommend to others, and I did not find that here. I will never return, nor recommend them to anyone I know based on my experience. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
