I was at this office for almost 4 hours after getting lost trying to find it even when I am fairly familiar with the area. They double booked the appointment and took me in fairly quickly but I sat in the back for what seemed like forever. Between each step of the exam, I was left waiting in the hall or exam room for at least 20 minutes for each wait time. No one came in to update me on the progress or why I was kept waiting. My ride was out in the waiting room wondering what had happened and where I was while watching other patients come and go. I ended up the last one in the office and left after most of the office staff had already gone home.
