The staff and nurses are rude, abrupt and just flat out mean and disrespectful. I am not certain, but it is so bad that it borders on some kind of malpractice. It takes an average of 10 working days to get a call back even when having an allergic reaction to medication prescribed by the doctor - no advice to go to ER or to come in to see Onarecker or anything. Complete neglect. With heavy sighing and fast talking they treat you like a complete bother. I am switching to a new doctor ASAP.
