Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

First of all, Dr. Welden is an excellent doctor. He always had my best interest at heart, plus he is a very caring doctor who listens to his patients and offers the best possible care available. I have been a patient of Dr. Welden's for over 10 years and I was devastated when he moved, though elated when I found him. I will be setting an appointment soon to see Dr. Welden! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different
needs.
