Horrible experience, the office manager, Ceena is the meanest, devious and most unprofessional person you can ever met. She has filed my claim incorrectly 5 months ago and does not want to fix it. Many people from my insurance company and the lab I went have tried to talked to the doctor about my claim, and she would not allow it. Do not visit this office, they are horrible, sneaky, and rude. They all cover their backs, when someone does something wrong.
If you are an international, they will treat you even worse.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
