I recently changed doctors because I was not satisfied with the results of treatment given by my previous doctor. Dr. Blanche addressed all of my concerns and put me at ease when I had been very worried. The results from treatment given by Dr. Blanche were even better than I expected. He is very encouraging and on subsequent visits he congratulated me on progress I had made. I feel much more confident about my healthcare in the future because he really cares about my health, and he truly listens and finds the root of the problem. He sent me to an appropriate specialist for my most critical issue, and I am very happy with the result of that, too. Dr. Blanche's staff is very friendly and welcoming whenever I come in. His receptionist is so thoughtful and personally attentive, she remembered things we had discussed on a previous visit. As an example of her thoughtfulness during my last visit, she saw that my daughter really enjoyed one of the magazines in the office and she told her to take it with her when we left. The office is very easy to locate because it's directly accross the street from RVMC, so it is no trouble at all to find it.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I am always completely at ease during my appointments. Dr Blanche is a very caring and friendly physician. He listens to me and answers my questions in laymans terms so I can understand. If any tests are to be done he goes out of his way to make sure they are all schedluled on the same day or the same week. He tries to keep my medical expenses to a minimum if it's necessary. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Robert Blanche.
