The wait time are a trivial thing and is worth the time Dr. Hayes spends with me or his patients. I feel each time, he listens and understands my concerns. He provides great clinical skills, involves me in the decision process. He takes the time to explain any questions and mostly I appreciate how he understands patient's needs, barriers. He provides logical knowledge, encourages healthy changes, has never felt "lectured" or guilty when discussing results or findings. He is attentive and personable and you feel the staff in the office has a great working relationship.
