Although their Hunting Park location does not appear to have a ramp, they are located on the ground floor, so that does help. No matter what time I arrive for my appointment, it's like I'm always guarenteed to wait at least 1 hour. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. From past doctors experiences, the front desk should ask what is the appointment pertaining too and adjust their scheduling as such. I found Dr. Brantz to be cold (he may not have like me as a person - who knows) so I switched to Dr. Liedman, who is much friendlier but the appointments still feel rushed and I still felt like I had to do my own research. Dr. Liedman seems great but I am going to trade this offices in for an office that has proper scheduling and a doctor who has the time to talk with you - also a plus would be that they can squeeze you in if you have a small emergency of some sort. - I miss my last doctor.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
