They made sure every single question I had was answered, however they do have strange hours and are sometimes hard to work around. There generally is a long wait time also anywhere from 20min-1 hour. Its a great office and a pleasant staff, but be sure that you don't have any immediate plans the day of your appointment. However they do seem to always be able to get you an appointment within a maximum of 4 business days from the day you call in. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
