The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
