Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. I really liked they took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. They made sure that I understood everything before I started treatment. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I didn't appreciate that they didn't take the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had to do my own research. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The doctor has no staff and can be i incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!
