This doctor was the worst ever! Did vascular surgery for my port for dialysis, it took 4 months to heal. Went to Pocono ER after 5 weeks of loosing ALOT of blood only to be told to meet him in his office down the street. Got there to find out he was in Pocono hospital. When dialysis port didn't work per every nurse that tried it, he refused to believe it. Kept blaming nurses till he finally checked after 2 weeks of my daughter complaining to him, then apologized and tried to do surgery again. Went for follow up to sit in icecold office. People had blankets because it was so cold in waiting room while nurses shut the window ignoring patients. One man had surgery on leg, and left there screaming he would remove stitches himself. If you value your life choose a different vascular surgeon!

. While Dr Paul is an adequate surgeon, his services as a doctor are a disaster. After surgery I went into the hospital:
1. He failed to write standing orders for new meds.
2. he failed to sign off on my regular medication for 24 hours.
3. I asked for a hospitalist to take care of my medical needs while in the hospital and he refused
4. I was discharged without necessary equipment and it took a week before I was able to get it. His staff lied about faxing orders for equipment
5. He was two weeks late giving me the correct orthopedic shoe, endandering the healing after amputation
6. I fired Dr Paul and went to a specialist. he discovered that Dr Paul completely missed 3 broken toes in the X-ray

Dr Paul is very dangerous doctor and should not be allowed to practice medicine. If you value your life, stay away from him.
