The staff forgot to put my first appointment in their computer, forcing me to wait 40-50 minutes to be "fit in." I had to wait another 40-50 minutes for my second appointment, too. (The national average for waiting times in a doctor's office is about 20 minutes.) While waiting, I directly observed the nurses taking patients out of their appointment order, and arguing between themselves as to whether that was proper and the patients were entitled to an explanation. When I simply asked the staff if i could call the morning of my next appointment, to see if the doctor was running behind schedule, so I could avoid missing time from work, the staff went ballistic. They lectured me, raised their voices, spoke in sarcastic and condescending tones, and mocked me in front of other patients. They even interrogated me about how long I sat in traffic to get to the doctor's office, their argument being that people have to wait "all the time." I have never been treated so unprofessionally and disrespectfully in my life. Once my course of treatment is over, I will never return to this office.
