I developed a progressively worsening acute eye condition. By the time I realized that it wasn't going to resolve itself, I contacted Dr. Katzman's office after hours. I described the symptoms as best as possible to him and stressed the urgency of seeing him that evening because I had a business flight out the next day. He agreed to see me and was still very pleasant after coming back to the office. He has an effective communication style and a lot of information/instructions was passed to me as recommendations. I would see him again.

Dr. Katzman is head and shoulders above every other opthamologist in the area. He's cared for 3 generations of my family and we absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. He makes sure all of our questions are answered and even takes time to get to know us and our family. His level of caring is something special and he's totally competent and up-to-date on the latest innovations on top of that.
