I couldn't give this review more than two stars. Many things happened, but I will just include the main things. It took 55 days from my appointment with Dr Cook till I FINALLY got my glasses.---YES--55 days. Every time I called, the woman who takes care of glasses, wasn't there. Finally when I got glasses, they had purple frames. I refused to take them since I didn't order purple frames. She sent them back and I FINALLY got what I ordered. After my exam by Dr Cook, she said I definitely needed a new prescription but I had to make an appointment with Dr. Schmidt to get glasses. It took 20 days to get an appointment with him. WHY didn't she just write the prescription as my previous doctors did??? Some other things happened, but these are the main things. Dr Cook is a very nice person, but her practice leaves much to be desired.

Dr. Cook removed cataract in my eye and inserted incorrect lens in summer 2014. When she removed incorrect lens and inserted correct lens, she damaged my eye. I suffered from agonizing headaches for months. The light sensitivity was also agonizing for months and three years later, continues to be EXTREME. And the eye is STILL inflamed.
Dr. Cook told me that everything would be back to normal in a year's time.
When I saw a second ophthalmologist for pain, he explained the reason for the light sensitivity was due to partial missing iris. Dr. Cook did not tell me that she was responsible for that. Then unbelievably, she wrote me an INCORRECT prescription for glasses. She did not bill me for the second botched surgery, but the hospital did bill me. When I asked her to reimburse me for hospital charges, she ignored my request.
