I had an emergency recently and I needed to get a hold of them right away but couldn't. It took several calls before someone finally answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
