The Doctor wasn't friendly at all which was really off-putting. He was extremely rude and impolite. When I need help or have some questions, the staff was always helpful and attentive to me. They listened closely to my questions and were able to answer most of them completely. As far as him himself, he has no personality at all, and not encouraging to patients, especially youth. He came off to me as a total jerk, which is very sad because his work (surgery) is very good!
