Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. All the parents in my community really don't respect them. They all told me to avoid going to this office,. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. the receptionist wrote the wrong time on my appt card so i was late and the wanted me to reschedule because of their mistake.
