There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
