Reid W. Tribble, MD, graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, and earned his doctor of medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed a residency in general surgery at North Carolina Baptist Hospital/Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He completed his thoracic and cardiovascular surgery residency at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville, and joined Carolina Cardiac Surgery Associates in 1995.
