They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I couldn't believe how rude and impolite they were. They weren't friendly at all.
