Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me an excuse as to why he could not call me back regarding my daughters mental health. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
