I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

My doctor .scott davis referred me 3 bad disk sever lower back pain 1 disk leeking and torn in two. after 2 shoot,s shook treetment. put thur the wringer with thur srink. in more pain then ever. when i ask why today the nurse told i was ok. my mri and xray differ. now back to my famley doc four help made me fell like i was a drug add. 48 never taken pain med till now. if i was ok why do thay want kill my nevers in my leg???????

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
